The School instituted the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) to meet the needs of Village Green families on an ongoing basis. The School’s founder established the PAC to act as a forum for the exchange of ideas. The PAC holds monthly meetings to ensure a consistent flow of communication between our School families and the administration. During the past 20 years, the PAC has become a major resource for sponsoring and coordinating family activities.

The following general calendar of events has developed over the years:
  • New Parent Orientation - in May prior to your child's fall start
  • Fall Parent Classroom Socials - hosted by parents from your child's class in their homes
  • Fall Frolic - Fall festival to kick off the Great Falls school year
  • Big Apple Circus - Fall event to kick off the Lowes Island school year
  • Tea in Toyland / Winter Wonderland / Teddy Bear Tea - held in December
  • Winter Parent Social - “Casino Night”
  • Spring Event - in April or May (A school event with PAC assistance)
  • Staff Appreciation Dinner
  • Family Picnic / Ice Cream Social - first or second weekend in June
