Lowes Island Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland 2011 was another tremendous success! A fun filled day was enjoyed by parents and children alike. Families created holiday crafts, participated in “Reindeer Games”, listened to live entertainment by Rocknoceros, indulged in delicious holiday treats and even received a visit from Frosty the Snowman and the Snow Princess. A truly wonderful start to the holiday season at Village Green!
As always this event would not have been possible without many dedicated volunteers. A big thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to decorate the school, staff the event, clean up, make name tags, donate food, coordinate volunteers, create invitations and all of the other multitude of tasks volunteers completed throughout the weeks leading up to Winter Wonderland. Another job well done! We hope everyone has a joyful holiday season and we look forward to seeing you all in the new year.
